Grape packing software Australia: For all sized packers of grapes and table grapes. Manage entire grape packhouse from delivery of unsorted grapes to post sales traceability and audits.
Perfect growing conditions, along with state of the art technology and specialist growing practices, have enabled growers to produce more than 40 varieties of table grapes in our major growing regions. Our grapes are renowned for being crisp, fresh, juicy and sweet, with growers and exporters supplying premium fruit to consumers Australia-wide and around the world.
Table grapes are carefully harvested by hand when both berry size and sugar levels are at their peak. Hand-picking and in-field packing allows growers to preserve their grapes’ premium quality.
All growers, packers and exporters have a rigorous post-harvest management and quality assurance systems in place to manage quality and traceability across the supply chain.
Geospatial mapping developed specifically for the table grape industry ensures traceability back to the registered grower and block number.
To further maximise consumer acceptability, the Australian table grape industry implemented national maturity standards for the domestic and export market last year to ensure table grape varieties were picked at the optimum time to ensure fruit quality.
The table grape supply chain has a number of systems in place at all stages to ensure food safety.
Collaboration between government, industry, research and trade organisations, along with world’s best practice, sound management systems, consistent standards and regulations help to ensure table grape produce meets the highest standards – from the vineyard and the packhouse, to transport, distribution and export.

Australian table grapes are grown in almost every state and one territory throughout the country.
Australia’s geographical spread of production and temperate climate allows for a number of major growing regions.
Green/white, red and black varieties of grapes are produced by about 900 growers in the major growing regions of Sunraysia and the Murray Valley in Victoria; south-eastern Queensland; Carnarvon and Swan Valley in Western Australia, the Riverina district in central New South Wales, the South Australian Riverland, and central Northern Territory.
Most of Australia’s table grape farms are family owned and operated. Second and third generation family members are now taking a more active role in the family table grape business and investing in innovation and technology for the future sustainability of the industry. There are almost 1000 growers Australia-wide who produced more than 220,000 tonnes of table grapes last year across 25,000 hectares of grapes, with 70% grown for export to an increasing number of countries and the remaining 30% consumed domestically.
Property expansion, increased productivity and new varieties have led to significant industry growth over the past five years.
