Pak-Bot voice commands
Say it. Pack it. Done.
Forget menus, codes and data-entry screens. Pak-Bot understands packhouse talk – grades, sizes, bins, pallets, growers, customers – and turns what you say into finished Producepak records and printed labels.

The command that does a morning’s paperwork
You: “Create a new batch, pack the 50 bins that arrived this morning, make 12 pallets of Medium Red 1st, and 8 pallets of Large Red 1st.”
That is a new batch, 50 bins consumed with their grower and harvest lots, 20 finished pallets in two grades, lot codes, stock updated and 20 pallet labels printed. Before Pak-Bot that meant a long stint at a screen. Now it is one breath.
Talk to Pak-Bot like you talk to your packhouse manager
| Say this | Pak-Bot does this |
|---|---|
| “Receive 30 bins of Gala from Smith Orchards, block 4.” | Receives the bins with grower, block and date – raw stock is live |
| “Pack the Gala bins into 70-count trays, 6 pallets.” | Packout from the bins into finished pallets with traceability |
| “Print pallet labels for batch 2231 on the dispatch printer.” | Sends the labels to that printer – anywhere |
| “Reprint the label for pallet 104566.” | One label, right printer, no hunting through menus |
| “How many pallets of Large Red 1st do we have?” | Live stock answer by product, grade and location |
| “Which bins are the oldest in cool room 2?” | Oldest stock first, so nothing goes to waste |
| “Allocate 8 pallets of Medium Red 1st to the FreshMart order.” | Stock allocated to the order, ready to pick |
| “Show me today’s packout by grade as a chart.” | Instant chart from the live packing records |
How to give a great command
- Say what to do “Create a batch”, “pack”, “make pallets”, “print”.
- Say what it applies to “the 50 bins that arrived this morning”, “Smith Orchards block 4”.
- Say what you want out “12 pallets of Medium Red 1st”.
- Say where, if it matters “on the dispatch printer”, “at the Fresno site”.
Why it just works
- Knows your products, grades, sizes, growers and customers from Producepak
- Understands everyday packhouse words – not computer codes
- Works in noisy packhouses: speak or type, same result
- Every record is a normal Producepak record – reports, traceability and invoices just work
Questions
Do I have to learn special phrases?
No. Say it the way you would tell your packhouse manager. The table above is examples, not a script.
What if I make a mistake?
It is a normal Producepak record, so it can be checked and corrected in Producepak like any other – or just ask Pak-Bot.
