Questions
Does the printer need to be special?
No. If the computer at the site can print to it, Pak-Bot can print to it. Thermal label printers, laser printers and A4 printers all work.
Do we pay a separate printing company?
No separate sign-up: Producepak sets up the cloud printing account for each customer.
What if the site computer is off?
Jobs need the site computer running, so keep it on with sleep disabled – a small PC or Raspberry Pi is enough.
