Software built for potatoes, onions and sweet potatoes
Storage crops are a different business. Product sits in bays for months, shrinks every week, gets graded into a dozen sizes and outlets, and leaves in 5 lb bags, 50 lb sacks and tote bins. Producepak was designed for exactly that – from the storage bay to the bagger to the truck – for packers and processors across the United States and Canada.

Why Producepak fits storage crops
- Storage lots, not just stock: every bin and tote knows its grower, field, variety, harvest date, bay and days in storage.
- Shrink you can see: weight in versus weight out per storage lot, per bay, per grower.
- Packout by grower lot: grades, sizes, culls and processing outlets recorded as the line runs.
- Bags, sacks, cartons and totes: 5 lb to 50 lb, 2 kg to 22.7 kg, any customer spec and label.
- US and Canadian compliance: PTI case labels, lot codes, FSMA 204 records, SFCR one-up-one-down traceability.
