Questions
Does Producepak cover FSMA 204?
Yes. Harvesting, cooling, initial packing, shipping, receiving and transformation are recorded as the work is done, with traceability lot codes on every case. The FDA sortable spreadsheet is produced from one search. FDA may not enforce the rule before 20 July 2028, but retailers already ask for the same data.
Which accounting systems does it connect to?
QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, MYOB and Acumatica. Invoices, credits and grower payments are posted automatically.
Can we print our customers’ labels?
Yes. PTI case labels (GS1-128), SSCC pallet labels, retailer-specific labels and item-level PLU/UPC stickers are printed from the packing screen on Zebra and other thermal printers.
Is it hosted in the US?
Producepak runs on servers in North America and works on Android, iOS and Windows devices in the packhouse and cooler.
