Produce Safety Rule records without the binders
The FDA Produce Safety Rule sets standards for growing, harvesting, packing and holding produce. Its 2024 agricultural water rule replaced fixed E. coli criteria with yearly systems-based assessments. Producepak keeps those records next to the lots they apply to.
